A:Yes,we are a real factory,mainly produce faucets,bibcock,angle valve,shower sets and hose etc.

Q:Do you do OEM service? Can you make our own LOGO?
A:Yes,we accept OEM order and can laser customer's LOGO on the products.

Q:Do you make sample for customer? Will you charge it or not?
A:Yes,sample is available,customer needs to pay for the sample and express cost,but we will refund it after you place an order.

Q:How about the MOQ?
A:Our MOQ is 1 carton for each item.but small trial order is ok.

Q:What is your payment term?
A:T/T,30% deposit before producing,70% balance before delivering.

Q:What about the delivery time?
A:According to the quantity of your order,generally 7-30 days after receiving the 30% deposit.
