Q1:. How to order?
A1: Most of prices in our Alibaba store are accurate, you can place order directly. If your quantity is big enough or any special requirements on products, please send your inquiry through message or email, we will quote new prices. If the quotation accepted, we will make Performa Invoice or Trade Assurance contract (alibaba’s template) for your final confirmation, when payment released,we will arrange the shipment at our earliest.

Q2. Can I get free samples?
A2: Of course, the samples whose unit price is below USD15 are free for customer, but you need to pay for the express courier fee.

Q3. How do you ship the goods to us?
A3: We can arrange the shipment by sea, by air, by express courier or by airmail, depending on your order volume or timelines. For
small order, express courier will be faster but it is relatively costly, post airmail is cheaper but will take at least 2 weeks.

Q4. Can you offer OEM/printing logo on samples?
A4: Yes, we can offer OEM/printing logo on samples, but the quantity should meet our MOQ,

Q5: What kind of payment terms can you accept?
A5: We prefer payment through Alibaba, which has Trade Assurance backed by alibaba. If not through Alibaba, we accept T/T, L/C,Paypal , Western Union , Escrow, etc, which could be negotiable.

Q6. What is the Warranty for your products?
A6: One year warranty for all products. If any quality problems on our side occurred during this period, we will take back and make the replacement. The shipping cost is on our account.
