3) How many days will it take for samples and bulk goods?

The sample time is about 3-6 days, and the sample will be sent by Courier and arrive in 5-7 days. If the goods are about 5000 pieces, the delivery time is about 20 days. Because different products have different delivery times, please tell us what products and quantity you need, and we will estimate the delivery time for you.

4) How can I get free samples?

We will make the sample according to your request, if we have it in stock, the sample itself is free, but you should pay the shipping cost yourself, the shipping cost will be refunded after the bulk order, the shipping cost depends on the total weight and package size and your destination.

5) If you want to print a logo or company name on the product or packaging?

Yes, they can all be printed on your products by etching and stamping.

6) How do you guarantee quality?

Before mass production, we will confirm the design details and product requirements with you again. During the production process and after the production, we will have quality control personnel with many years of work experience to check the product quality, and we will check at least 3 times before shipping. The quality check details will be shown to you via pictures and videos via our order tracking app or any of whatsapp's tools. If there is any quality problem after receiving the goods, the next order will be replaced free of charge.

7) How do you ensure delivery?

We have advanced equipments and many years experience excellent carpenters and there is
differentperson in charge of different order tracking .we will try to finish production in advance within daysyou require. and If there is an urgent order, we will arrange urgentproduction accordingly,urgent charge will be chargedaccording to the order, but we will return it to the next order,Please try to place order in advance especially in season.
