① Design Arrangement

The designs are arranged in the RIP program.

② Printing

The prepared patterns are printed onto the film.

③ Shanig&Heating

A fine adhesive powder is applied on to the prints, and form a relief effect after heating and curing.

④ Heat Transfer

Transfer design onto the garment via heat press

⑤ Peeling

After cooling, peel off the transfer film.

Q1: I already have a computer. Why can’t I just use mine? Many customer computers are not compatible with DTF printers—especially Mac / iOS systems, which cannot install our printer drivers.

If we need remote support, customers often worry about exposing their privacy. Q4:Does a dedicated laptop improve printing performance? Yes. DTF printing requires transferring large image files. A dedicated laptop runs fewer programs, stays clean, and ensures smooth, stable printing without lag. Q5: What is installed on the special laptop? All drivers, RIP software, color profiles, presets, and tutorials are fully pre-installed. You can start printing immediately
without setup. Q6:How much tax do I need to pay? Import taxes vary by country. Please check with your local customs office or import agent for accurate details.
