1.Are you factory or trading company?
We are a factory owns production line of plastic injection, aluminum tube bending, mould forming for composite paddles.
2.Can I have my own paddle made by you?
OEM production is warmly welcomed. We have been keeping good relationship with several customers about developing new items together.
3.Can I add my logo? How much will it cost?
Yes your logo can be added. Please send your drawing for our checking when you make an inquiry, also estimated quantity is important for us to make a quotation.
4.What's the minimum quantity of your paddles?
Regularly 100pcs for aluminum paddles, and 10pcs for composite paddles.
5.Do you provide samples?
Of course it's our pleasure.
6.Do you have paddles in stock?
No, all paddles will be produced according to customers' specified orders freshly. But we can prepare stock for you if you need fast but partial shipment.
7.What is the lead time for the paddles?
Normally it takes less than a month, but it will lengthened in peak season. Please keep it in mind the lead time is always flexible. Please feel free to drop a message when you need the goods urgently, we will do our best to meet your needs.
8.What's your payment term?
Firstly we can accept Paypal, bank transfer, L/C, and other ways you want to pay us. But regularly we will ask for T/T in advance with 30%-50% deposit.
