1. Can I get samples before placing an order?

Yes, A4 or yard samples are available free of charge if in stock. For customized samples, a fee may apply and will be refunded after bulk order confirmation.

2. Do you offer fabric customization?

Of course. We offer custom weaving, dyeing, printing, coating, lamination, and finishing services tailored to your specific needs.

3. What is your minimum order quantity?

The minimum order quantity for our regular products is 200 kg per color/design. For custom or newly developed fabrics, the minimum order quantity varies depending on the fabric type, typically between 500 and 1000 kg.

4. What’s your lead time?

Sample lead time: 5–10 working days
Bulk production: 20–30 working days depending on order volume and customization level

5. How do you ensure fabric quality?

We use high-grade raw materials and implement strict quality inspections from yarn to finished rolls. Every batch is tested for color fastness, shrinkage, and durability.

6. Are your fabrics certified?

We are currently in the process of obtaining OEKO-100 certification and expect to complete it within six months.

7.Do you offer 120-day letters of credit?

We offer 30-day letters of credit at sight. Please contact our sales representatives for details regarding 120-day letters of credit.

8.Do you have import and export rights?

We currently do not have import and export rights. If the partnership is long-term and stable, we can complete the application for import and export rights within one month.

9. Do you primarily produce warp-knitted or weft-knitted fabrics, and what are your advantages over others?

We produce knitted fabrics (both warp and weft), as well as some woven fabrics. Advantages: Low MOQs, high compatibility, flexible customization, fast delivery, and one-stop fabric and accessories procurement services.

10. What shipping options do you offer?

We offer FOB, CIF, and DDP terms to meet your needs. Depending on your preference, shipping methods include sea freight, air freight, and express courier services (FedEx/DHL/UPS).

11. What are your payment terms?

We accept T/T (Bank Transfer), L/C (Letter of Credit), PayPal, and Western Union. Please contact us to confirm the most suitable payment method for your order.
