Q5：What should I do if I don't know how to install the battery box after receiving it?

Q6：What BMS is used inside the battery box, and which inverters is it compatible with?

A6：JK PB2A16S20P,Compatible with mainstream inverters on the market, such as Deye,PYLON,Growatt,Victorn,SMA,SOLIS,EASUN etc.Please consult our staff for specific brands.

Q7：What is the maximum number of batteries that can be connected in parallel?

A7：16units.Generally, 3 to 4 units can be stacked.We also offer wheels and bases.

Q8：Does it include a heating pad?

A8:This kit does not include a heating pad, but you can purchase one separately from our company.
