DN65 Tri Clamp Food Grade Sanitary Stainless Steel CPMO Constant Pressure Regulating Valve

Sanitary CPM Constant Pressure Valve is used for maintain a constant pressure of inlet and outlet.CPMI-2 (constant pressure valve adjusts inlet) maintains constant pressure on the production line at the valve inlet. This type CPMI-2 is used for behind seperators, heat exchangers or relief valves. CPMO-2 (contant pressure valve adjusts outlet) can maintain constant pressure in the pipeline of the production process at the outlet of the valve. This type CPMO-2 is used for front of filling or filling machine. It is widely applied to many fileds,such as beer,beverage,dairy food,fruit juice,pharmacy,biological etc.

Working Principle Series of constant pressure control valves are operated by compressed air, the operation of the series valve does not need to rely on any sensor in the pipeline only a pressure regulating device and product delivery pipeline for the pressure monitoring system is required A diaphragm valve stem system can quickly respond and change the valve stem position relative to the position of the valve stem so as to maintain the preset pressure value. When the pressure of the delivery product rises, the valve will open, and vice versa, the pressure of the product is reduced the valve will be closed.

Quality control is very important to avoid material mixing and poor quality.We control the quality from beginning to the end.We only have 304 and 316L two different materials.100% inspection on raw material.During production,different materials in different place.After materials are finished,we choose 10% for inspection.If there is 0.1% problem in 10%,then no excuse to go ahead for inspecting 100% of the materials.
