Q3. How many output voltage can you supply?

Q4. How do we control the product's quality?
A4. Each product must be conducted over aging test for 8 hours,welcome for online visiting our aging test line.

Q5. What's the delivery time?
A5. It depends on the order quantity, most of products have stock available,for some special voltage or the ones with digital display version, it takes 2 days for sampling. The bulk production order takes 7 days to 15 days accordingly to the order quantity.

Q6. What's your order MOQ?
A6. 100pcs, except for sample order or some special customized order.

A7. Separate box for each product, and put products into one carton. We have 4 different dimension cartons for different styles. 10pcs for 1000W (carton size 43*30*30cm), 15pcs for 600W (carton size 43.8*33*25cm), 8pcs for 1500W (carton size 57.5*35.5*26.5cm), 6pcs for 2000W (carton size 59.5*31.7*25cm)
