1.When filling the engine oil to the diesel engine, the diesel oil of the specified type must be selected.

2.Excellent and qualified diesel oil must be used. According to the environmental requirements, generally use no-0 diesel oil in summer and- -10 or lower grade diesel oil in winter.

3. Check whether the diesel oil is in the standard position, whether the water tank is filled with the coolant, and exhaust the clean air in the diesel pipeline.

In use:

1.After the diesel engine starts, it should idle and run for 3-5 minutes, and then rise to the rated speed, do not suddenly make it run at high speed.

2.When the diesel generator set is in working condition (high temperature), it is forbidden to open the water tank cover to avoid scalding.

3.It is forbidden to start the unit after removing the protective net of the generator set to prevent the device from getting involved in the machine.

4.Observe the water temperature and oil pressure at any time during the operation of the unit. Stop the unit operation if the water temperature is higher than 100℃ or the oil pressure is lower than 0.1.

After use:

1.When stopping, the ribbon should slow down and idle for 3-5 minutes.

2.When the ambient temperature is lower than 0℃, the water in the water tank, diesel engine body and oil cooler should be removed. Other matters:

1.The generator air switch (circuit breaker) must be disconnected before starting up and before shutdown. It is strictly prohibited to start or stop when under load state.
