Why we produced the GRID TIE INVERTER WITH LIMITER ?


It is in response to the overwhelming clamor from our customers for a product that can control the amount of power that the

gridtie inverters (GTI) can generate so that the amount of excess power produced by the solar panels are reduced to

insignificantlevels, if not eliminated --- because in some countries,the producer pays for the excess power it gives to the

distribution grid. Thisis because the electric power meters (the one provided by the electricity provider in the area) are not

awareof the direction ofpower flow. In other words it only adds even if power is exported to the grid, thus, the consumers will

be charged for power even ifit is given to the grid, and this is the problem


This is the 2nd generation grid tie inverter with limiter.


This is the second generation grid-connected inverter with limiter. With the second generation GTN-LIM, we added a acquisition

meter. The collecting meter collects the power consumption of the load through the sensor, and then transmits it to the inverter

through the RS-485 port. The inverter will output the corresponding power to the grid, which we call an external power acquisition.


How to connect the sensor?

1.conect the RS485 cable of the AC power acquisition meter to the 485 port of the inverter.

2.Plug the connection terminal of the transmitted current sensor into the port of the collector "CT-IN" (no +-)

3.Connect the AC power supply port "AC-IN" of the collector to the same AC power supply for the load. After the connection, it will light up.

4.In the inverter LCD, enter the "battery grid connection", through the SET {Bat Auto Limit Grid} for Y 4.Connect the inverter to AC power first, then connect the battery, the inverter will automatically output the same power as the power detected by the collector.Therefore, the inverter will not have excess electricity to be sent to the grid (ie: automatic limiter function)

5.One acquisition meter can connect 5 units grid tie inverters
