A: Yes, it is support.

Q: Can your device work 24h7 days? And what about the temperature range it can operate in?

A: Yes it can be working in 24h7 days, working temperature range -20°C~60°C.

Q: What is the lead time of your products?

A: Sample order within 1~3 business days. Bulk order within 3~15 business days (depends on order qty), we will test the model to insure the quality before shipping.

Q: What's the warranty?

A: We provide 3 years warranty period for main board and 1 year for hardware, repair or replace for free within 1 year; the second year and the third year, we can repair it, but we will charge for the parts that need to change.

Q: What are the OS do your computers support?

A: Support Windows 7, Windows 8, Windows 10, Linux ubuntu, pfsense etc. Some model is support XP, such as C1037U, Core CPU is not support XP.

Q: Which models can run pfsense as a firewall?

A: 2 or more LAN mini pc can run pfsense as a firewall. We have 2 LAN/4 LAN/6 LAN model.

Q: How will you deliver my goods to me?
