Q: What is your MOQ?

A: Our minimum order quantity is 50 pieces. Additionally, in the early stages of cooperation, we also accept small orders MOQ 2pcs, so that you can try our products before placing a formal order.

Q: How about the packing and shipping?

A: Typically, we use standard cardboard boxes and foam packaging. If you have any other special requirements that need customization, please feel free to contact us.

Q: How about the delivery time?

A: Generally, the lead time is about 5 to 10 days. However, please confirm the exact delivery time with us, as different products and different quantities will have different delivery times.

Q: Can we customize the box size and package design ?

A: Yes, we can fully customize the package dimensions and designs. we can provide customized color boxes with your brand logo, layout, and multi-language user manuals. The minimum order quantity for customized retail boxes is 500 units. For orders below 200 units, we can print your logo on our standard kraft boxes.

Q: What are your standard payment terms and delivery port for bulk orders?

A: Our default shipping port for bulk orders is Ningbo Port (FOB Ningbo) or Shanghai Port (FOB Shanghai), which is very convenient for shipping bathroom products from Wenzhou via LCL or full container load. Regarding payment methods, we require a 30% T/T deposit to initiate production, and the remaining 70% balance is to be paid before the bulk goods are produced and loaded into containers.
