FEATURES

If your door is with some certain roof protection , we highly recommend this aluminum alloy smart door lock for you which works with latch bolts XX85 or double hook XX85mm mortiser lock.

1. What is the compatible mortiser lock?

RE: Stanard we offer 3585 latch bolt. Backset could be 28/35/40/45/50/60/70mm.

2. The house is for renting use. Can I remote control the lock?

RE: yes you can. After connecting the lock to network when someone rings the door bell, you can get notification on Tuya app to unlock.

3. Does this lock have a backup key? Or any emergency unlock way?

RE: Yes, there are 2 keys included for back up use. Insert the key and turn it then press the handle to unlock. There is USB - type C interface for you to connecting the lock to a powerbank to unlock if you are facing the power failure problem.

4. Is it waterproof?

RE: Yes, but better with roof protection. this model is specially designed for outdoor / front door lock which can reach IP55.

5. Will this fit my door?
A: This 85mm smart mortise lock fits standard Euro profile doors (35-60mm thickness). Measure your existing lock to confirm.

6. Is professional installation required?
A: Package includes a paper template. You can also contact us for video guidance. If you have tools (e.g. for drilling or cutting spindle etc) , it is not that difficult to install. If not, recommend professional person to do.

7. Does it work on wooden/aluminum/UPVC doors?
A: Yes, compatible with all door types (wood, metal, composite) but mind that the thickness is within 35-60mm.
