2. What is your Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)?

Our MOQ is 300 pieces per model. Orders below the MOQ will incur a 5% price increase.

Our standard terms require a 30% deposit before mass production, with the remaining 70% balance due before shipment.

7. Can you create a mold based on our 3D file?

Yes, we offer mold-making services. Simply send us your 3D file or rough drawing, and we'll create a helmet prototype for your approval. Once confirmed, we'll proceed with mold making, which typically takes about 40 days.

8. What is the warranty period for your products?

Our products come with a one-year warranty. Before delivery, each helmet undergoes thorough quality checks. Please inform us promptly of any quality issues.
