FAQ:Why Why Can't Upload Data After Scanning The Code?
The following reasons may be the cause:
1. Scanner mode issue: The scanner is on store mode,it needs to be switched to normal mode by scanning setting code;
2. Pairing issue: it is not connected well for the scanner and the computer device.
3.Serial port issue: This problem occurs when connecting a 2.4G receiver to a computer device; the receiver needs to be set to keyboard mode.

Some types of barcodes can not be decoded by scanner before programing .Like Maxi code, interleave 2 of 5, it's disabled by default.
