Q2: What should I do if I want to print my own logo?
A: We have professional designers who can design logos for you for free, and then we will produce 1-2 samples for you to check the actual effect.Finally the formal production will start after the sample confirmed.

Q3: Do you support customization?
A: We are the source factory and support customization based on drawings and samples

Q4: Do you conduct quality inspection before shipping?
A: All of our products undergo quality inspection before shipment to achieve a 100% pass rate. All newly developed products will
also undergo testing

Q5: Do you provide product certificates?
A: Yes, we provide sufficient certificates, and we can also assist customers in obtaining product certificates

Q6: What is the shipping method?
A: It could be shipped by sea,by air or by express(EMS,UPS,DHL,TNT,FEDEX and ect).Please confirm with us before placing orders.

Q7: I'm looking for some products which is not shown on your website, can you make me the special order?

Q8: What is your terms of payment?
A: Payment<=2,000USD, 100% in advance. Payment>=20,00USD, 50% T/T in advance, balance before shipment (Conventional products).
