1. What is the difference between WiFi and 4G version?

The device has the functions of navigation, music playback and parking assistant. But to connect the radio to the Internet, you should use a smartphone as a modem. Therefore, car owners who actively use the Internet while traveling, we recommend buying a device with the ability to support 4G networks. Keeping the phone in modem mode at all times can quickly drain its battery.

2. Is the rear view camera included?

Product accessories do not include a rear view camera. If you are interested in the reversing camera, please buy it separately.

3. Does it support original/external microphones?

Please note that there is no adapter for the original microphone in the kit. The radio has a built-in microphone. If you want to use an external microphone, you can connect it with an RCA cable.

2. Why does not steering wheel control work?

Please confirm if Canbus is included in the kit first.

1) There is no Canbus in the product. If you purchased the V1/V1.C/V1 Pro/V1 Pro.C, go to Car Settings-General-SWC Type-Learning Type.

2) There is no Canbus in the product. If you purchased a V1 Plus model, go to Settings-Car Information-SWC-Learning Type.

3) There is Canbus in the product. Please first check whether the Canbus 8-pin cable interface is connected, and then select the appropriate Canbus type. Then the steering wheel control will work. If you do not know what Canbus model you have, please contact customer service.

3. How to connect wireless Carplay and Android Auto?

During the first call, you must turn on the Bluetooth on the phone to pair it with the Bluetooth of the car.
After successful pairing, the car radio will automatically switch to the Zlink or AutoLink interface.
At this point, a message will appear on the phone indicating "use Carplay from Zlink or AutoLink".
Then turn on the WiFi on your mobile to connect to Carplay.

4. How to connect Carplay and Android Auto wired?

Please use the original data cable to connect the phone with 4 USB PIN, then turn on the Carplay/Android Auto function on the phone and the "AutoLink" or "ZLINK5" icon on the device to connect.

5. How to change the start logo?
