2.Can I buy samples before placing orders?

5.What is your lead time and the shipping method?

It depends on the order quantity and the season you place the order. Usually we can ship within 3-7 days for a small quantity, and about 30 days for a large quantity. And It could be shipped by sea,by air or by express(EMS,UPS,DHL,TNT,FEDEX and ect). Please confirm with us before placing orders.

Secondly, during the guarantee period, we will send new lights with new order for the small quantity. For defective batch products, we will repair and resend them to you or we can discuss the solution including re-call according to real situation.
