Q8: How long is your warranty?
A: We offer a 2-year warranty on our products. The details are as follows:
1) Within 3 months after you receive our lights, if it is confirmed that there is any damage during shipping or any parts are missing during installation, we will send the replacement free of charge.
2) More than 3 months and within 2 years, we will send the replacement free of charge, but you need to pay the shipping cost.
3) More than 2 years, you need to pay for the replacement and shipping cost, and we are responsible for manufacturing and arranging shipment.
