Q: What art file should l provide, could you help with the design?
A: Standard art files :
File Formats:.pdf, .jpg, .png, .tiff, .ai, .psd, .eps,
Artwork: Any size of your choice
Font format: No bleed, no crop marks, only outlines fonts
File: If Photoshop, please provide a flattened file only
Resolution: 72 dpi resolution at 100% of the final print size
Make sure the resolution is high enough, we also have a designer who can help you to create your own art.
Q: How about the shipment?
A: Faster Shipping: DHL, UPS, FEDEX, SF
More economical shipping: We accept EXW, FOB, CNF, and CIF price terms and ship by sea, air, truck, and rail.
