1.Will this item fits my car
Our products will fit most standard cars and before buying , please better send us a picture of your original car Stereo / radio dashboard picture for ref . If you still not sure about it , you may consider Consulting a technician Before ordering to be sure on the fit .
2.Testing
Before shipment, we will carry out 100% test on all products of all customers and ship them after aging.
3.Packaging
Generally, we pack our goods in neutral boxes without logo and brown cartons. If you have legally registered patent,we can pack the goods in your branded boxes after getting your authorization letters.
4.Delivery time
A.Generally speaking,If you need small order or sample order, if we have stock in our warehouse we will arrange the shipment in 3-5 business days once the payment is confirmed,Aan we cooperate with world famous DHL,UPS,and EMS China,FEDX for delivery , which enable over 90% of our customers to getmost of our items within one week,We are the factory in China, for most model, we have them in stock, you just need to give us time to test the device.
B.If you are a customized order, or a large number of orders, delivery is usually within 10-25 days, depending on the order.

6.Payment terms
A.Under normal circumstances, we need to receive your full or partial deposit before arranging production and delivery. If you have special payment requirements, please discuss with customer service manager before placing an order.
B.We accept Alipay, West Union, TT. All major credit cards are accepted through secure payment processor ESCROW.A Payment must be made within 3 days of order If you cant checkout immediately after auction close, please wait for a few minutes and retry Payments must be completed within 3 days.
7.Custom Duties
We are NOT liable for ANY import tax, custom fee, Remote surcharge or customs delay If the parcel is return back to us due to the buyer s refusal to pay the above fees, we would NOT resend the parcel until the buyer complete those fees and pay ALL the return and resend cost. Buyer can not cancel the order or request refund based on the above reason.
8.Warranty terms and After sale service
A.All of our products come with 1 year warranty ( dated from the shipping date) .One year post paid maintenance (material cost and labor cost).
B.This warranty does not cover the result from : accidents , artificial damage,unauthorized attempts to modify , Use of third party accessories,in purpose or consequential damages.
C.Please do read the user manual of the item carefully before installation and use,and invite an authorized technician to deal with the installation.
D.We can offer technial support to our customers after sales,Video quick technical guidance.
